STEVE MASON
FOUNDER | PRESIDENT
At the heart of Steve Mason's craft lies his passion for visual storytelling. With over a decade of experience in directing, shooting, and producing creative video, he has earned recognition on an international, national, and regional level. His journey began in 1991, working as a sportscaster and videographer for WDBJ-7, a CBS affiliate in Roanoke, Virginia. During this time, he simultaneously sharpened his skills as a director of photography. Since launching Red Velocity, Inc. in 2003, he has continued to excel as a director and cinematographer. Steve is a proud parent to three children, Zach, Abby, and Joseph, alongside his wife, Melissa Mason.
NEIL FOX

Neil Fox is an accomplished adventure and resort cinematographer whose talents have taken him to vacation destinations in 15 different countries over the last decade. A gifted drone pilot, his aerial photography can be found in internet publications like UNILAD Adventure, Travel Insider, and Must Do Travels.

Throughout Jim's career, he's worked with agencies to craft intelligent, creative ideas that drive business. All with the goal of building brands by creating better experiences. Jim is a creative director, writer, video director, manager, firer-upper, thinker, strategizer, and a half-decent guitar player.
