Before we write, shoot, design, edit, or launch anything, our team meets with you to get to know you, your organization, your needs, and your audience. We ask a lot of questions but each is designed to make each step that follows sharper, more efficient, and more effective.

We set clear goals

Clarity and transparency are key to how we work. As we begin to plan our effort, we'll work with you to set clear objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets. Of course sometimes things change along the way, and when that happens we'll adapt and keep going. But we'll make sure you're in the loop throughout the

entire project.
